Why This?

I never had a mentor, didn't know what I didn't know, and often had this vague feeling that I was lacking important insight about how the world actually is. So I set out to find what I needed to know.

This is a book I expect to continue writing for a lifetime. As with cultivating one's skills and abilities, it doesn't happen overnight. And that's fine. Like photographs, the words are snapshots of epiphanies and things discovered at specific moments.

So come with me on this journey through life's lessons as we make our way in the world.
