Unlike the way television usually portrays the wealthy, they are generally discreet about their wealth. They don't spend large amounts of money on frivolous things. Some do, but most of the truly wealthy don't. They live comfortable lives, but they don't try to keep up with the Joneses. They manage their money well and are content with who they are. They have peace of mind.
I'm telling you this for two reasons. One is because if you find this disappointing or unappealing, you're not ready to be wealthy. You don't yet have the mindset of a millionaire. You're thinking in terms of the material things you can buy if only you had a certain amount of money. With that outlook, no matter how much money you have, it will not be enough to sustain you. That's not how millionaires think. That's how people who are in debt think. Until you recognize this, no amount of money will set you free financially because you will still be a prisoner of material wants. It’s ok to have wants, but you will not be able to grow wealthy if you are possessed by them.
Secondly, being a millionaire isn't far-fetched. You are mathematically guaranteed to become a millionaire if you are patient and take certain actions. You don't even have to do anything hard or complicated. The hardest thing you have to do is change the way you look at money.
You might have objections. "But I don't make enough money" or "I've got so many bills" or "I try to save but..." or "I want to live life to the fullest" or "You only live once, you may as well enjoy it". As long as you have excuses and think the way you do, you're absolutely right. You won't become wealthy. Do you want to live poorly or comfortably? The choice is yours. Don't wait any longer for the future you can have and deserve. You can start on the road to wealth today.
